Geospatial Tech System Integrator NeoGeo Secures $20 Million Series A Funding to Accelerate R&D and Global Expansion

What is the news?

Gurugram-based geospatial technology platform NeoGeo has successfully closed a $20 million Series A funding round led by Neev II Fund and Aavishkaar Capital (the investment arm of Aavishkaar Group). Founded in 2019 by Sreeramam GV, NeoGeo operates across the complete geospatial value chain ranging from satellite imagery acquisition, LiDAR, and drone surveys to advanced AI/ML processing and spatial analytics platforms.

Why is it interesting?

The fresh infusion of capital will be strategically allocated toward accelerating research and development, building enhanced technical capabilities, and scaling the adoption of its proprietary enterprise platforms including OptiFleet, GeoBalance, UrbanVista, and InfraSync. Importantly, NeoGeo has set its sights on entering key global corridors across the Middle East and the Americas, highlighting the increasing capability of Indian founders to build deep-tech, decision-ready intelligence solutions for international markets.

To date, NeoGeo has mapped over 500,000 square kilometers, executed more than 200 high-impact projects, and actively manages over 550 Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS). As the global demand for spatial planning, infrastructure analytics, and climate resilience mapping escalates, NeoGeo’s expansion underscores the vital role of Indian innovation in shaping key decision-making infrastructure worldwide.
