IntelliThink Secures ₹17 Crore Seed Funding to Scale AI-Driven Industrial Solutions Internationally

What is the news?

IntelliThink, a Bengaluru-headquartered industrial Artificial Intelligence sector player, has announced the successful closure of its Seed funding round, raising ₹17 crore. The round was spearheaded by Pentathlon Ventures, which contributed ₹6.5 crore through its India Fund II, with additional participation from Anicut Capital and Veltis Capital. This capital infusion marks a significant milestone for the startup as it seeks to solve complex inefficiencies within the global manufacturing landscape.

Why is it interesting?

The company, founded in 2018 by Sridhar Venugopal and Aswin Venu, provides an AI-powered platform designed to optimize production processes and minimize equipment downtime. Its flagship solution, IntelliVibe, uses proprietary sensors and predictive analytics to monitor machine health 24/7, allowing large enterprises like JSW Steel and Adani to transition from reactive to predictive maintenance.

With operations spanning India and Delaware, IntelliThink represents the growing cohort of Indian-origin founders building specialized, high-impact technology for a global audience. The funding will be strategically deployed to enhance the platform’s AI capabilities and support a robust expansion strategy into the Middle East (GCC) and North American markets.
