Global Indian Alpha: VerbaFlo Secures $7M to Transform Real Estate with Agentic AI
What is the news?
VerbaFlo, a London and India-based conversational AI startup, has announced the successful closure of a $7 million seed funding round. Led by the prominent proptech VC Pi Labs, the round marks a significant milestone for the company founded just over a year ago in October 2024. Co-founders Sayantan Biswas, Abhishek Garg, Virender Pratap Singh, and Dan Smith have developed a vertical AI platform designed specifically to solve the fragmented communication challenges plaguing the global real estate industry.
Why is it interesting?
The platform operates by deploying specialized AI agents that integrate directly with property management systems and CRMs. These agents handle high-value tasks such as qualifying leads, scheduling viewings, and managing resident engagement in over 200 languages. By reducing the booking process from 30 days to nearly 10, VerbaFlo has quickly scaled to support more than 200,000 residential units across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
With this fresh infusion of capital, VerbaFlo aims to accelerate its global mission. The startup is prioritizing the opening of a dedicated US office and expanding its research into “local nuance” AI, ensuring its agents can navigate cultural and linguistic differences in every market they enter. This achievement highlights the growing influence of Indian-origin founders in creating the next generation of “AI-native” enterprise software.
