B2B Manufacturing Leader Zetwerk Secures ₹500 Crore Pre-IPO Funding from Bharat Value Fund

What is the news?

Global B2B manufacturing platform Zetwerk has secured ₹500 Crore in a fresh pre-IPO funding round from Bharat Value Fund, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) managed by Pantomath Group. The investment comes shortly after Zetwerk received regulatory observations from SEBI on its confidentially pre-filed IPO papers, clearing the path for its multi-billion-dollar public offering.

Why is it interesting?

Co-founded in 2018 by Indian-origin entrepreneurs Amrit Acharya (CEO), Srinath Ramakkrushnan, Rahul Sharma, and Vishal Chaudhary, Zetwerk has transformed custom manufacturing by linking industrial buyers with supply chain networks across India, North America, and Europe. The company handles end-to-end procurement, vendor selection, and quality assurance across high-growth sectors, including industrial machinery, renewable energy, and aerospace components.

The pre-IPO capital injection reinforces Zetwerk’s balance sheet and establishes a key private valuation benchmark ahead of its domestic public listing. With expanding manufacturing services operations across North America and Southeast Asia, Zetwerk continues to validate India’s emergence as a premier global innovation and manufacturing supply hub under the leadership of its Indian-origin founding team.
